Drilling & Engineering ServicesAs part of our mid-term growth plan and in line with our objective to become a fully integrated oil and gas company we have been working on possibilities in the huge upstream sector, waiting for the right time and the right partner/s. Recent developments in that sector have revealed that the opportunities in the upstream sector are enormous and attractive. In addition, we are better positioned now, given our incredible capacity and strategic advantage to venture into the upstream.
To achieve this goal, we are currently in the process of acquiring two drilling rigs with intent to launch Ontario Drilling & Engineering services by the 2nd quarter of 2012. The introduction of these two high-tech rigs is bound to positively impact the operational landscape in oil production.
